Stefani Novoa Gautier

With over 15 years in marine and environmental sciences, Stefani is now the Ocean Spotlight Research Lead at WBA.

Her qualifications include a master’s and PhD degree in Marine Environment and Resources, and several publications in marine environmental assessments. Prior to that, she has worked as a project consultant, where she supported the development and funding of innovative projects in the green and food sectors, and as a scientific reviewer, where she evaluated the quality and impact of research papers and proposals.

Stefani is motivated by the vision of a more sustainable and inclusive world, where science and technology can be used for positive change.
