Our governance
WBA uses a two-tier governance model: the executive board sets strategic objectives and manages the organisation’s activities, while the supervisory board oversees these decisions and WBA’s long-term direction.
Executive board
The executive board is responsible for setting WBA's strategic direction and ensuring that it aligns with its mission and goals.
Supervisory board
This team with truly diverse experience and expertise across business, government and civil society provides oversight and strategic guidance to ensure WBA fulfils its mission. It monitors management performance, safeguards financial integrity, and represents the interests of stakeholders while remaining independent from day-to-day operations.
