Research Analyst

Ratih joined WBA in 2023 as a Research Analyst for the Food and Agriculture Benchmark. In this role, she conducts research, refines methodologies, manages and analyses data, and contributes to insights reports. Her primary interest lies in advancing equitable food systems that uphold human rights and promote social inclusion, with a focus on issues such as living income and fair labour practices.

Before joining WBA, Ratih gained experience in the international development sector through consultancy work with three UN organizations, focusing on digital inclusion, food and agriculture, and rural development. In her previous role as an Economist for the UN FAO, she contributed to a research project measuring the impacts of climate-induced hazards on rural poor, women, and youth.

Ratih holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia.
