Noemie Palaffre

Noemie is a Research Analyst with the World Benchmarking Alliance, dedicated to leveraging data and analysis to foster systemic change toward a more sustainable and equitable world. With a strong background in assessing corporate performance on issues such as gender equality, human rights, and finance, she brings both depth and passion to her role.

Prior to joining WBA, Noemie worked at Equileap, where she focused on evaluating companies’ commitments to gender equality and workplace equity. With over five years of experience in the field, Noemie’s work aligns closely with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and she is driven by a desire to make meaningful, lasting impacts in the sustainability sector.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Lyon 2 University in France and an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam, where her research focused on the role of gender in Myanmar’s educational policies and practices.
