Jess Mutton works with companies, investors, civil society, legal experts, and government representatives to advance corporate accountability in Australia. Her work centres on food systems, agriculture, and nature, supporting local stakeholders to influence business practices, strengthen accountability, and connect with global initiatives.

Prior to joining WBA, Jess was Head of Business and Strategy at Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA), where she led the organisation’s ecolabelling program and advised clients on governance, modern slavery compliance, and responsible procurement. Her earlier roles with the Australian Red Cross and state government focused on food security, public health, and energy programs.

Jess holds qualifications in social sciences and accountability frameworks. She is committed to promoting transparency, human rights, and environmental responsibility through practical and collaborative approaches.
