Erica Oertlinger

Erica is passionate about the role of business in driving sustainable development, with a focus on evaluating the environmental and social impacts of business practices.   
 
She has extensive experience across industries, from leading ESG assessments of green and social bonds at CRISIL to supporting Morgan Stanley’s ESG team. Erica also brings research experience from her work at Impaakt, where she analysed the sustainability impact of global corporations through the lens of the UN SDGs. Prior to joining WBA, she worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Western Australia, where she supported sustainable urban planning projects.
