Cielia Mossel

Cielia joined WBA in April 2025, for the second time, as interim People Operations Lead.  Located in the Netherlands, she is responsible for leading people operations, rolling out the people operations strategic priorities and guiding the team in operational processes and best practices. 

Cielia’s qualifications include a bachelor in Human Resource Management, as well as several HR related certifications. She has around 20 years of experience in People Operations.

Cielia likes to build relationships, is people-oriented, organisationally aware and sensitive – with a transparent and constructive approach. She likes to pay attention to all phases of the employee journey: from onboarding to development and well-being and, when necessary, a careful offboarding process. This keeps people in motion, which creates energy.
