Andrea is passionate about the role of the finance sector in building a sustainable and just world, believing that by collaborating across the full finance eco-system, together we can achieve system level positive change.
Andrea lead the Financial System Benchmark at WBA from 2022-2025. Prior to this, she spent 15 years in the asset management industry working in Asia and Europe across a broad range of public and private market strategies and investor groups, including banks, life assurance companies, institutional investors, wealth advisors and family offices. Prior to that she worked in the life assurance industry in product development and ecommerce.
Andrea actively contributes to industry debate through the think tank SustainFinance.org and likes inspiring and mentoring young women who want a career in finance.
