Prof Alfred Tat-Kei HO

Professor Alfred Tat-Kei HO is the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at City University of Hong Kong and a leading scholar in public administration. His research focuses on government performance management, e-government, and citizen engagement, and he has collaborated with many international, national, and local entities, including the Asian Development Bank and the China Development Research Foundation. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration of the U.S., as well as an expert group member of the Hong Kong Chief Executive’s Policy Unit.  He is currently working on research projects that try to connect government performance management, accountability reporting, and Sustainable Development Goals.
