The company sits in the middle of the ranking when compared to its peers in the agricultural commodities segment, but it performs below average among food and beverage processors. In both segments, the company has considerable room for improvement in terms of outlining commitments and reporting progress across the topics assessed in environment. In nutrition, Cosun performs better than many of its peers in the agricultural commodities segments, but it has an opportunity to align with its peers in the food and beverage processors segment by disclosing more information regarding commitments and activities related to its consumer products. Cosun lacks public policies setting out its approach to human rights and social inclusion, therefore, falling behind its peers in the two segments.
