Established in 1988, Transporte Colectivo Urbano de Luanda (TCUL) is the state-owned public transit company serving Luanda, Angola. TCUL operates under the authority of Angola's Ministry of Transport It manages 40 bus lines within Luanda province and operates intercity routes to major cities across Angola, including Benguela, Huambo, N'dalatando, Malange, Sumbe and Uíge.
