Istanbul Metro

Metro Istanbul, established in 1988 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, is a public rail transport operator responsible for managing Istanbul's extensive rail systems. These include the Istanbul Metro, Istanbul Tram, aerial tramways and funiculars. The network comprises 11 lines and 158 stations, and serves approximately 831 million passengers per year. Istanbul Metro ranks as the fourth longest metro system in Europe.
