Module 7 of the ACT Transport methodology assess the companies’ client engagement. It assesses the company’s efforts to promote low-carbon transport offers to their customers. Companies dealing with public service delegation are assessed on how closely they work with public authorities and fleet operators to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.
