Ebro Foods is a food-processing company involved in the manufacture and distribution of rice, rice-based products, pasta, sauces and other similar consumer goods. In addition, the company produces grains such as quinoa, chia and bulgur through its brands SOS Vidasania and Brillante. Ebro Foods is among the world’s largest producers of fresh and dry pasta and rice, with Europe, North America and South-East Asia constituting its main markets. Rice accounts for 52% of Ebro Foods’ total sales, while the pasta division accounts for 48% of the business. Ebro Foods sources most of its raw materials from North America and Europe, although India and Thailand are key sourcing locations for aromatic rice varieties.
