Zenkyoren
The National Mutual Insurance Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives, also known as Zenkyoren, is Japan's national mutual aid association of agricultural cooperatives. Founded in 1951, Zenkyoren offers life and non-life insurance to farmers in Japan. Its long-term insurance portfolio includes life insurance and building endowment insurance, while its short-term insurance covers fire insurance, automobile insurance, automobile liability insurance, and liability insurance. During the assessed period, Zenkyoren reported total assets corresponding to USD 410.6 billion.
