K-Electric
K-Electric is a publicly listed company headquartered in Pakistan with a minority stake held by the state. In 2021 its revenue was USD 3.18 billion. K-Electric generates, procures, transmits and distributes electricity and is the only listed electricity supplier in Pakistan. It produces power using coal and fossil gas and has power purchase agreements with various independent power producers. K-Electric was privatised in 2005.
