Century Pacific Food is the largest producer of canned food in the Philippines. Established in 1978, Century Pacific Food owns a portfolio of well-known brands such as Century Tuna, 555, Argentina, and Birch Tree. In addition to being a leader in the market for processed fish, meat, and dairy in the Philippines, the company also exports its successful products to international markets, particularly regions with a significant presence of Filipino communities like the United States and the Middle East. In recent years, Century Pacific Food has ventured into new categories, launching its own pet food brand called Goodest and entering the plant-based food market by introducing the unMeat brand in the Philippines. In 2022, Century Pacific Food acquired Ligo, further expanding its business in the shelf-stable marine products segment.
