112 companies in the apparel and food and agriculture sectors were assessed in the 2023 Gender Benchmark. The benchmark takes a holistic approach and includes the areas governance and strategy, representation, compensation and benefits, health and well-being, violence and harassment, and marketplace and community. These measurement areas look beyond commitments and into performance across companies’ entire value chains. The average score in the benchmark is 23%, and the highest scoring company obtained 55 out of 100 points.
