The company partners with UN Women on the HP LIFE Center in Guadalajara, Mexico, supporting tech-enabled learning for women. It demonstrates leadership in accessibility for users with disabilities, incorporating features in its products such as voice–enabled printers. It also conducts user testing with individuals who have disabilities and incorporates feedback from the global disability community. Additionally, it is a founding member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals, which is part of the Global Initiative for Inclusive Information and Communication Technologies. HP also calculates its indirect economic impact on its supply chain.
