Nicolas Sauviat
Public Policy Manager
Nicolas is part of the policy team at WBA. He first joined in 2021 as a researcher for the Food and Agriculture Benchmark and the Financial System Benchmark before co-creating the Nature Benchmark. He is currently bridging the gap between research and policy, bringing his expertise on key reporting initiatives such asĀ the CSRD, ISSB and TNFD as well as international agreements such as theĀ Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
He is passionate about corporate accountability and cross-sector collaboration for the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He is always looking for new ways to enact his strong belief that the private sector can rise to the occasion – bringing much needed scalability to sustainability. His previous experience has spanned internationally across America, Europe and Asia, working for organisations ranging from NGOs to businesses
