Trend

CTG is awarded a trend score of -. If the company were reassessed in the near future, its score would likely worsen.

CTG has the lowest emissions intensity of the Chinese companies assessed, and the highest share of low-carbon electricity generation capacity. However, it has no emissions reduction target or transition plan to ensure its alignment with its low-carbon pathway in the future. It is likely that CTG’s total emissions will increase in the short term, given the increasing trend of its use of coal.
