2024 Annual Report

2024 was a landmark year for our organisation. We reached a major milestone by completing the assessment of 2,000 companies across seven systems. This helped us achieve the ambitious goal we set when we launched in 2018. This accomplishment not only solidifies our role in measuring the impact of business but also paves the way for a new research and publication rhythm.

With this transition, we are evolving from a ‘data factory’ into an ‘insights laboratory,’ enhancing the accessibility and impact of our benchmark findings. Our new approach will enable us to assess all 2,000 companies in 2025 and publish the results in January 2026, making our results more predictable for companies and Allies.

As we move forward, our mission remains clear: measuring impact and holding companies accountable.

The numbers highlighted throughout our annual report are from our result management framework. We use this framework to measure our progress towards achieving our overall impact, as detailed in our Theory of Change.
