Commonwealth Climate and Law Initiative
The Commonwealth Climate and Law Initiative (CCLI) examines the legal basis for directors and trustees to consider, manage, and report on climate change and nature risks, opportunities, dependencies and impacts under existing laws, and the circumstances in which there may be liability for failing to do so. The CCLI do this by providing authoritative and independent legal insights in the form of legal opinions and practical handbooks across the world to promote responsible corporate conduct and empower decision-makers.
