The company has grown significantly, including acquisitions (e.g. Wanchese Fish Company, Icicle Seafoods and Omega Protein) and further diversification of its product offering by expanding its seafood assets into the wild fishery. The most recent acquisition of Cooke is Tassal Group Limited, Australia’s largest vertically integrated seafood producer.
