Provide and promote decent work
Although the company acknowledges worker safety, formalizing this in a public policy document would enhance commitment. Additionally, it could turn its expectations of business relationships into a policy commitment for worker health and safety.

Respect human rights

However, it has an opportunity to place them in a formal policy document and extend this expectation to its suppliers. In terms of risk identification, the company has the chance to describe the process for identifying its human rights risks and impacts, covering both its own operations and its supply chain. Furthermore, it can outline a process for assessing and identifying its salient human rights issues. Finally, the company could establish a global system to address its salient human rights issues.
