Furthermore, while the company has a mechanism for stakeholders to raise bribery and corruption concerns, it could further specify the accessibility of this mechanism to all stakeholders and options for anonymity. Additionally, the company has an opportunity disclose its approaches to lobbying and political engagement in a public policy document, specify that it does not make any political contributions, and divulge how much it spends on lobbying activities.
Provide and promote decent work
The company has an opportunity to disclose a policy commitment on respecting the health and safety of its workers in its operations and supply chain, and provide evidence on how it monitors the performance of its suppliers on health and safety standards.
Moreover, it could disclose a time-bound target for paying all workers a living wage or state that it has achieved payment of a living wage to all workers. The latter could include a description of how relevant factors, such as geographical, economic and social, are taken into account. Furthermore, it could unveil a global system to address its salient human rights issues by preventing, mitigating or remediating them.
