Ocean Spray Cranberries
Ocean Spray Cranberries is an agricultural cooperative, established in 1930 and comprised of over 700 cranberry farmers across the US, Canada and Chile. Harvest seasons are typically during autumn in North America and from March through June in Chile, using either wet or dry harvesting techniques. The average size of an Ocean Spray farm is 18 acres, with a majority farms handed down for an average of 2.5 generations. With 20 production facilities, the cooperative's cranberries are processed into various products such as beverages, sauces, supplements, dried and fresh fruit, and sold to grocery and convenience stores, plus online retailers, in over 100 countries.
