Inclusive finance

This measurement area is about providing a more inclusive access to financial products, services and capital. Given the substantial differences in access to the financial means, financial institutions are expected to monitor and disclose how they contribute to underrepresented groups and industries, as well as to low-income and lower-middle income country. They are also expected to avoid divestment from low-income and lower-middle income countries as unintended consequences of their sustainability strategies and targets.
