KDDI
KDDI, as it is known today, resulted from a merger between KDD and IDO Corporation in 2000. Headquartered in Tokyo, the Japanese telecommunications services company offers wireless services in Japan through its au brand, which had 60 million mobile subscribers as of March 2021. KDDI also operates more than 40 data centres in 12 countries under the Telehouse brand.
