This key trends report analyses five years of the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB), which yielded in-depth data on corporate human rights practices in five high-risk sectors from 2018 to 2023. Going beyond comparing the performance of individual companies, this report provides a holistic view of the state of play of business and human rights, identifying where progress has been made and where persistent challenges remain. Additionally, the report highlights several leading practices of companies included in the CHRB.
