Tayrine Dias

Tayrine joined WBA in September 2024 as a Research Analyst within the Digital Transformation team. She is currently working on the research process for the Digital Inclusion Benchmark. 

Prior to joining WBA, Tayrine worked as a social researcher in the private, academic and non-profit sectors in Brazil, Spain and Canada. She has extensive experience in the topics of digital activism, gender and technology, democratic innovation and digital inclusion. She also has expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, as well as statistical analysis, data visualization and research design. 

Tayrine holds a PhD in Information and Knowledge Society from the Open University of Catalonia, and a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia.
