Rachel leads the World Benchmarking Alliance’s content strategy as part of the communications team. She ensures that the organisation’s messages, stories and campaigns engage stakeholders and ultimately compel them to act.
Previously, Rachel worked for non-governmental organisations such as Oxfam, Red Cross and the Bernard van Leer Foundation. She also has experience in public relations, marketing and brand strategy for various social enterprises and startups. Rachel joined WBA because she believes that businesses play a crucial role in building a better, more sustainable future for all. She is passionate about the power of communications to drive change, and business as a force for good.
