Nikki is a Research Analyst in the Nature team at the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA).
She collaborates with a diverse team of researchers, communication, and engagement specialists to ensure that WBA’s insights and data effectively assess companies’ contributions to protecting nature and biodiversity. Nikki’s work focuses on benchmarking corporate performance against sustainable development goals, particularly in the areas of conservation, deforestation, and biodiversity. Her expertise includes environmental data management, carbon emissions calculations, and geospatial analytics, which she leverages to support a more sustainable future.
With over 13 years of experience, Nikki has developed a strong background in sustainability research, carbon accounting, and data visualization. She has extensive experience in the Forestry sector, specializing in carbon stock monitoring and GHG accounting for conservation initiatives. Additionally, she has worked in the Energy & Transport sector, focusing on carbon emissions reporting and sustainability initiatives. Nikki is passionate about advancing sustainability through data-driven approaches and contributing to global environmental efforts.
She holds an MSc in Sustainability (Distinction) and a BSc in Surveying and Geographic Information Science.
