He is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of FSG, a 150-person global social impact consulting firm. He has led consulting engagements across all of FSG’s impact areas, with particular emphasis on philanthropic strategy for private foundations, shared value initiatives, strategic evaluation, and impact investing. Previously, Mark served as President of the private equity firm Kramer Capital Management. He holds a BA from Brandeis University, MBA from The Wharton School, and JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

I am delighted to join the WBA Supervisory Board and to support their important work. Companies are essential partners in reaching the SDGs, but without consistent and reliable metrics that hold companies accountable for their commitments to the SDGs, we have no hope of reaching these urgent targets in time.
