Mariana is part of the research team, currently focusing on the development of the Food and Agriculture Benchmark. She firmly believes that the only way to achieve a better future is through multi-stakeholder collaboration, and decided to focus on helping companies reorganize their operations to include a holistic and sustainable perspective. She has previously worked with companies as a sustainability and CSR consultant in Mexico, and now, from the research viewpoint in WBA. She also worked in the restaurant industry and is passionate about finding ways in which the food industry can improve our livelihoods.
After her BA in International Relations in Mexico, she completed two Master’s programmes in management and in corporate sustainability strategy, in Paris.
