Dio leads the development and engagement of WBA’s public policy strategy on digital transformation and digital inclusion globally, collaborating with governments and intergovernmental organisations. He is dedicated to fostering social impact through inclusive and evidence-based policy advocacy, aiming to secure a sustainable and resilient future for all.

As a seasoned public policy and development professional, Dio has more than eight years of leadership in international development and policy programme management. His experience spanned across Asia and the Pacific region, such as Senior Consultant at Pearl Consulting for the WhatsApp policy programme in Indonesia the ASEAN Foundation, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the Dutch Embassy, and a university-based think tank in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Dio holds Master’s degrees in Public International Law from Leiden University and in Public Policy from the School of Government and Public Policy-Indonesia. He is also a certified Partnership Broker, accredited by the Partnership Broker Association (PBA).
