Ciska has been leading human resources at WBA since October 2018. With a background in social & organisational psychology, she is all about the people & culture within an organisation. Ciska is passionate about building international human resources in a way that puts people and their development and talents at the centre. At WBA she focuses on recruitment, employee development, organisational questions, processes and culture.
