Chattalie Jayatilaka

Chattalie helps lead global and multi-stakeholder engagement at WBA through the Alliance, fostering partnerships among organisations across 35+ countries. Leveraging her expertise in connecting diverse stakeholders, she plays a pivotal role in enabling WBA to catalyze collective action toward achieving the SDGs.

Before joining WBA in 2022 as Governance Lead, Chattalie worked at several prominent think tanks and organisations, including the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations in Sri Lanka and the Canadian Government. Raised dually in Sri Lanka and Canada, she has a passion for community building, human rights, and sustainable development, and is particularly interested in the intersections between these fields.

Chattalie holds a BSocSc in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Ottawa, as well as an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics.
