Carla is a Senior Researcher at WBA focusing on the Food and Agriculture Transition Benchmark. Her responsibilities cut across research for scoping, methodology development and analysis to stakeholder engagement. Carla is passionate to turn knowledge into action to unlock the huge potential of a healthy, sustainable and inclusive food system. Before joining WBA, Carla worked with FReSH, a joint program between EAT and WBCSD designed to accelerate transformational change in global food systems. Carla has nine years’ experience as an economic and policy analyst and sustainability consultant with her latest focus being on advising forward thinking companies to assess and disclose their climate-related risks and opportunities in line with the TCFD recommendations. Carla is convinced that a sustainable strategy and innovation is not only vital to secure the future of any business but that of our lives on this planet.
