Gaone Moetse

Gaone Moetse is an Impact Analyst in the Impact, Learning and Development team at WBA and works on monitoring, evaluation and learning processes in the organization, focusing primarily on the Results Management Framework and Quarterly Impact Journey workstreams.

Before joining WBA, Gaone worked as a Senior Research Officer at Youth Impact in Gaborone, Botswana. She led the implementation of ConnectED- a remedial education program for primary school students designed to curb learning loss resulting from COVID-19 related school closures in Botswana. This included performing monitoring and evaluation tasks such as data coding, cleaning, monitoring, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. She also has experience working as a research assistant in academic institutions in the United States and Botswana.  In her spare time, Gaone enjoys spending time with family and friends, art exhibitions, playing flute, listening to music, reading, going out for brunch and learning languages.
