Tokyo Seika

Tokyo Seika is one of Japan’s largest fruit and vegetables wholesale companies, celebrating its70th anniversary in 2017. The company coordinates logistics of fresh produce with grower and producer cooperatives, intermediate wholesalers and authorized and licensed buyers. The market share of Tokyo Seika at Metropolitan Central Wholesale Market, one of Japan's largest fruit and vegetable markets, stood at an estimated 40% over 2018-19. In April 2018 Tokyo Seika established a new unit focused on supporting producers and trading companies to increase its export capacity.
