PepsiCo was formed from the merger of Pepsi Cola and Frito-Lay in 1965, at the time two of the world’s biggest beverage and snack companies, respectively. It owns a collection of 22 global brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade and Doritos, which generate over USD 1 billion in annual sales each. PepsiCo operates across six geographic divisions globally.
