Lamb Weston is a global producer, distributor and marketer of value-added frozen potato products, supplying restaurants and retailers in over 100 countries. Operating with 27 manufacturing facilities across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia, Lamb Weston holds leading market positions in the frozen potato sector, both in North America and globally. The company also conducts business through joint ventures, for instance with Lamb Weston/Meijer in the Netherlands and RDO Frozen Co in the United States. Lamb Weston was a wholly owned subsidiary of Conagra Brands until 2016, after which it became an independent publicly traded company.
