Fuji Oil has business activities across vegetable oils and fats, chocolate, fermented ingredients and soya-based products. It is engaged in the research and development (R&D), production and sale of these ingredients. Fuji Oil's customers include manufacturers of processed foods, convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants. The company’s two major R&D centres are in Japan and are engaged in research linked to new technologies and ingredient development.
