Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC) is one of the largest power distribution companies in Bangladesh along with DESCO. DPDC was incorporated in October 2005 following the Companies Act 1994. It buys around 8 per cent of the national power supply, serving an estimated 4 million people with electricity.
