Established in February 1912, the Bank of China is headquartered in Beijing, China. A wholly state-owned commercial bank since 1994, Bank of China was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2006 becoming the first Chinese commercial bank to achieve a dual listing in both markets. It offers financial services such as corporate and personal banking and other commercial banking business.
