Arcos Dorados is the biggest independent franchisee of McDonald's globally, overseeing the largest fast-food restaurant chain in Latin America and the Caribbean. The company has the exclusive right to own, operate, and award franchises for McDonald's establishments across 20 countries and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean. With over 2,300 restaurants, both under the company's direct management and through sub-franchisees, Arcos Dorados provides employment to a workforce of more than 90,000 individuals.
