OUG Holdings is one of the largest seafood wholesalers in Asia, with a diverse product portfolio covering fresh, frozen and processed seafood products. The group's main subsidiary, Osaka Uoichiba Co., has been operational as a marine product distribution company since 1947, with the holding company forming in 2006. The company is also involved in the farming of tuna and yellowtail, in addition to leasing, insurance and logistics activities outside of seafood.
