Sinomach (YTO Group)
China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) is a diversified conglomerate with various activities in construction, equipment manufacturing and engineering. Its subsidiary YTO Group primarily manufactures agricultural equipment and is the largest tractor manufacturer in China. YTO Group was founded in 1955 and develops agricultural tractors, engines, combine harvesters and trucks. In 2011, YTO Group acquired a French tractor manufacturer, McCormick France SAS.
