Woolworths Group is among Australia's largest retail operators with approximately 3,200 stores across Australia and New Zealand. The company is segmented into core businesses comprising of Australian Food, New Zealand Food, Endeavour Group and Big W. The Australian Food segment includes procurement and resale of food and related products through its Woolworths supermarkets brand. These supermarkets source 96% of their fresh fruit and vegetables and 100% of their meat from Australian farmers and growers. The New Zealand Food segment includes Countdown supermarkets that procure and sell food and drink products through its 181 stores across New Zealand. The Endeavour Group is involved in producing beverages and hospitality services, while Big W operates department stores across the country.
